GURU BINA MASTER
Head Dance Teacher
Guru Bina Master completed her Arangetram (graduation in Bharat Natyam) at a young age of 16. She brings the Tanjore Gharana dance form all the way from India! Binaji respectfully learnt Bharat Natyam from her Guru Shrimati Chetna and Nanda Pahade who in turn learnt the art from late Shri Madhubhai Patel, the first male Bharat Natyam Guru in Gujarat, India. Binaji continued to enhance her dancing and choreography skills over the years. She proudly teaches all forms of Indian dances since she established NrityaKala in the year 1996. Binaji has Visharad (BA degree) in Fine Arts from the Performing Arts Institute of Baroda, India - 1990 and Alankar (MA degree) from Performing Arts Institute of Baroda, India - 2015.
MAHIN MASTER
Advanced Dance Instructor
Mahin Master is a young, versatile dancer and choreographer. He started giving stage performances at the young age of 4 and has been a choreographer and dance teacher at Nrityakala Dance Academy since last 6 years teaching Indian as well as western style dances. Mahin has been professionally trained and is an accomplished dancer in several different Indian dance forms that includes Bharat Natyam, Bollywood, Bhangra, Garba, etc. Mahin completed his Arangetram in Bharatanatyam earning him a BA degree.
Apart from Indian dance styles, Mahin has received years of training in New York learning several western style dances including Contemporary, Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Modern, Tap. Mahin has performed at several prestigious dance theaters in New York and received many awards at a young age. He is now a renowned choreographer in the dance community combining elements of several different dance styles into his choreography.
ADITI MASTER
Advanced Dance Instructor
Aditi is a classically trained dancer who started her Bharatanatyam training from her mother, Guru Bina Master, at the age of four. She then went on to take training from Mahaguru Shri Chetna and Nanda Pahade in India and completed her Arangetram (BA Degree) in 2012. Returning to India in 2015, she trained again at the Performing Arts Institute of Baroda, India to complete her Alankar (MA Degree).
Aditi is also well versed in Bollywood and Hip Hop and has competed and won several dance competitions. She still continues to enhance her dance and choreography abilities and still competes in competitions.
